Münchener Hypothekenbank's first large-volume Pfandbrief issue this year met with very strong demand on the capital market.

The Supervisory Board of Münchener Hypothekenbank has extended its contract with CEO Dr Holger Horn ahead of term until the end of 2032.
Dr Holger Horn has been a member of the Board of Management since 2019 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2023. In his role as CEO, he is responsible for the market departments, treasury, auditing, central services, personnel and corporate development.
The Münchener Hypothekenbank has successfully issued a green senior non-preferred bond with a volume of EUR 500 million.
