Financing requirements

We offer modern and flexible financing solutions pursuant to the following general guidelines:

  1. Completed and well-maintained properties 
  2. Sustainable property income derived from a combination of a good to prime location with positive outlook, strong (re-) lettability prospects   and ideally robust potential for alternative use
  3. Development projects (Germany only)
  4. Maximum ticket size of €125 million. Higher loan amounts can be obtained via full underwriting of a transaction by Münchener Hypothenbank with subsequent placement of loan tranches to other lenders or by arranging a club deal

Syndication and syndicated financing

We operate on national and international syndication markets as arranger, underwriter and co-underwriter.

Our Debt Investments & Distribution professionals oversee all syndication and consortium activities of the bank specializing in structuring large-volume financing arrangements which requires collaboration among multiple lending institutions.
Following underwriting by Münchener Hypothekenbank, we facilitate the strategic placement of loan portions with partner lenders in close consultation with our clients. Additionally, we actively participate in syndicated loan transactions originated by other lenders thereby diversifying our portfolio and strengthening our market presence.
